Bread with banana and pumpkin
If you want to eat a healthy meal in the morning, it’s best to cut fruit. Anyone who is not accustomed to eat apples or bananas in the morning will find it easier to eat a fruit meal if you offer it in the form of a tasty fruit juice, a mix. This way, your children will start a day with a healthy meal and gain healthy habits.
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
In a larger bowl, break the eggs, gradually add sugar, grated pumpkins, flaked bananas and vanilla flavor. Then add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Finally, when the mass is already formed, add dry fruit and nuts, which you choose. Bake in the oven for about an hour and do not open the oven for about 50 minutes. Check with the toothpick if the bread is baked. If the toothpick is dry when you pull it out of bread, the bread is baked and you can take it out of the oven.
Bread remains fresh for up to two days in the open or one week in a refrigerator wrapped in aluminum foil. If you have made more bread, you can also freeze it.
